Consider Yorkville When Looking for Private Investment Funds

There are lots of funds that invest their money for their members, so it can be a bit overwhelming if you are looking for funding – maybe to expand or develop a new product. If you are looking, you should have one of Yorkville Advisors four funds on your list. They invest in public equities, fixed income, and alternative investment markets. They are a model fund that manages approximately $1 billion and have a lifetime track record of making money for their investors – equaling a notional value of over $3 billion.

They’ve been working as a fund since 2001. Some of their clients have come to them with the purpose of expanding operations or buying smaller businesses to build the parent company faster. At the fund, you’ll find a combination of technical and fundamental analysts giving assistance in building the investment portfolios.

Their headquarters are in Mountainside, New Jersey and they have other offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Denver, Colorado; Milan, Italy; and Hong Kong.

The co-founder Mark Angelo is the Portfolio Manager and President of the funds – he’s been doing that since the beginning. He is in charge of all day-to-day functions including investment decisions, business development, trading, and deal structuring. Companies they invest in are usually low volatility companies. Angelo has been around the investing block since long before forming Yorkville. After getting his BA in Economics at Rutgers University, he was a Securities Trader at The Boston Group, LP, then he was the Co-Head of Corporate Finance for The May Davis Group. After that, he formed The Cornell Investment Fund and ultimately came to his present position at Yorkville.

Angelo often acts as an expert commentator for news programs and articles as well as industry publications. He currently also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Compass Resources Limited, and in 2010 he was the Deputy Chairman of Yorkville bhn Spa.

Angelo recently commented on a move by Apple (but good information for other large corporations), saying: “That’s not to say Apple is tremendously happy about the first part of the deal. The move is in response to new requirements that will no longer allow American companies to avoid paying taxes on international profits simply because the cash is being held offshore. The carrot to go with that stick is a lower corporate tax rate.”

If you want to make a positive change in the world and are a public equity, you might want to discuss your plans with Yorkville Advisors, because, like you, they aim to make positive changes in the world too.

Yorkville Advisors, LLC is a privately owned hedge fund sponsor. The firm also provides specialty financing solutions to its clients. The firm invests in the public equity, fixed income, and alternative investment markets across the globe.
